SWOT ANALYSIS – Week of July 14

STRENGTHS:

• Earnings Season = Catalyst Central. Banks tend to lead earnings strength out of the gate.
• Crypto bid is strong, showing a resurgence in risk appetite.
• Summer seasonality still supports bullish bias, even if temporarily stretched.

WEAKNESSES:

• All-time highs = Thin air. Traders are chasing, not planning. That’s when reversals snap hardest.
• Trump’s August 1 tariff threat could dent sentiment if companies pre-warn.
• Internals show narrowing breadth, with fewer names carrying the load.

OPPORTUNITIES:

• Retracements = Precision Entries. Don’t fear the pullback—profit from it.
• Miners, defense, and drone stocks are rotating in with strength.
• CPI and PPI surprise to the downside? That would be fuel for another leg higher.

THREATS:

• Inflation surprises to the upside could rattle the Fed cut narrative.
