WTF Is Moving This Morning?

Trump’s back on the mic—and markets are moving like he’s DJ’ing the economy with all-time highs back in rotation! Even with panic on the dancefloor with more tariffs kicking in today - chips and semiconductors with exemptions for Co's building in the US.

• Trump vs Intel CEO: Trump took aim at Intel's CEO, calling him "too cozy with communism." Intel stock is slightly down premarket as the tension between tech and tariffs heats up.
• 401k Crypto Love Letter: New legislation is gaining steam, allowing select retirement plans to officially allocate into approved crypto ETFs. Wall Street’s trying to get your retirement in on the digital casino—but tread wisely.
• Apple Bites in America: Apple’s expanding investment in U.S. manufacturing, opening a new glass facility in Kentucky. Why? Political pressure + optics + tax breaks = patriot profits.
• Jobs Data Weak Again: The labor market continues to wobble. Another soft read this morning puts more weight behind September rate cut odds rising to 82%. The Fed whisper campaign just turned into a sermon.
• Earnings Freak Show:
  • Peloton (+10%) remembered how to sell bikes (barely).
  • Duolingo (+26%) crushed language learning expectations with AI-powered upgrades.
